Armed with Stamping Tubes, Balloon Bassoons and Balloon Flutes for (almost) everyone we had a jam session at Burroughs. Dividing the class into chamber-sized mixed ensembles, each group, after a brief confab, gave a little performance. Each was different in texture, integration and dynamics.Now the practice period starts, but things are looking promising for some musical results in a few weeks.
